Definitions: "Petronella and set” means
dance as in Bars 1-4 of Petronella.
" Petronella to the left means dance four pas de basque going diagonally
forward to the left and turning three quarters round to the left with
the second and third steps.
1-4 1st couple Petronella and set (2nd move up on 3-4).
5-8 1st couple turn by the left hand three-quarters round to original places and set.
2nd couple Petronella and set.
9-12 1st woman and 2nd man stand still. 1st man and 2nd woman change places: 2nd woman Petronellas and sets; while 1st man going in front of her, petronellas to the left.
13-16 The four dance right hands across once round.
17-20 The two men Petronella and set, while the two women, going inside them, Petronella to the left.
21-24 The four dance left hands across once round.

25-32 1st woman dances counter-clockwise round the others to own
side, 2nd place.
1st man Petronellas (25-26) and fol1ows his partner, ending in 2nd
place, own side.
2nd woman stands, (25-26). Petronellas (27-28) and dances down,
across and up to top place: own side.
2nd man stands (25-28), Petrone]las (29-30) and dances to top place,
own side.
Repeat, having passed a couple.
