32 bar Jig
1-2 1st couple cast off one place (2nd move up).
3-4 1st oouple danoe up to top plaoe, taking near hands. 2nd cast off one plaoe.
5-8 1st oouple cast off one place and dance up.
2nd dance up and cast off. 3rd cast off and dance up.
4th move up on 5-6 and then cast off.
9-16 Double figures of eight: to begin, 1st and 3rd couples cast off and 2nd and 4th cross upwards. When crossing the woman has precedence over her partner. All end in original places.
17-20 1st and 3rd couples set to partners and turn by the left hand
half round.
2nd and 4th dance half figures of eight round the couples above them.
2l-24 1st and 3rd continue their left-hand turns, cross down one
place and cast up into original places.
2nd and 4th set to partners and cross back to own sides, giving right
hands.
25-28 1st couple turn by the right hand once round.
3rd couple turn by the right hand half round and lead up to the
top.
29-32 1st couple cast off into 4th place.
3rd couple turn by the right hand half round to own side and cast
off into 2nd place.
2nd and 4th couples turn by the right hands half round and cross back
to own sides, dancing up one place.
New top couple begins.
